                                                                                    Claim waiting periods have been reduced

                                                                                                                                            At a recent committee meeting it was agreed to reduce the claims waiting period,
                                                                                                                                            and they are now as follows:-

                                                                                                                                            There is a claim waiting period of 13 weeks (3 months) for personal members,
                                                                                                                                            reduced from 26 weeks (6 months).

                                                                                                                                            Corporate members can claim immediately as opposed to 13 weeks (3 months).

                                                                                                                                           
Telephone Helplines

                                                                                                                                            With effect from the 1st January 2010, we are adding to the range of benefits that
                                                                                                                                            the WHCA provides. These Telephone Helplines provide assistance with everyday
                                                                                                                                            concerns, such as Welfare Services, Identity Theft,
and Homecall Assistance.
